Downgrading tech, Upgrading myself

I switched out my iPhone 14 Pro Max for an iPhone 14 today. Was deciding between the 14 and 14 Pro, but ended up on the cheaper version. I mean, it’s cheaper yes, but still an excellent phone. Besides, I don’t find myself utilising the full power of the Pro Max in the months I’ve been using it. At least mom will watch videos with it.

Conversation is like badminton. Someone will serve, someone else will return the shuttlecock, and back and forth it goes.

An idea for Cultivating Charisma. Instead of sending out a weekly newsletter exploring a public speaking tip, which was initially one of the ideas I was thinking of pursuing, what about sharpening my philosophy on communication using Substack and then, when the time is right, launch a paid newsletter doing a monthly case study of a well-known public speaker or go deep on a public speaking tip?

It’s entirely opposite of what I intended to do, but something worth considering. I’ll mull over it for a little while longer, and then take my own advice and just start.

Yawning and sniffling while I type these words, but I promise I’m doing my best to keep to my own promise, and adding action to my intentions.

Tomorrow will be another exciting day!

I also need to learn how to write better titles.
